A glass and a half full productions hits cinemas this Spring



Cadbury South Africa recently launched their blockbuster commercial from Glass and a Half Full Productions. Ostrich will be flighted before feature films on Ster Kinekor digital cinemas across the country.

One of the most memorable advertising phrases, “a glass and a half,” is synonymous with South Africa’s lovable chocolate brand, Cadbury. The market leaders have recently launched their latest blockbuster commercial from Glass and a Half Full Productions, Ostrich, and Cinemark are proud to be flighting the commercial on their local cinema circuit from September. 

The 60“ ad, which brings consumers a ‘glass and a half full of joy,’ will be flighted before the feature film at all of Cinemark’s digital cinemas across the country. Ensuring that the brand and product remain at the top of cinema patrons’ minds, Ster Kinekor is offering a delectable combo special, pairing the customary movie treats with its perfect match: a Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate slab. 

Cinemark’s innovation, client-oriented ethos and substantial digital footprint all contributed to the acquisition of this significant account. “Working with prominent brands such as Cadbury is not only an honour and a privilege; but also bears testament to the high-quality service that Cinemark endeavours to deliver to all our clients,” said executive head of sales Jenni Critchfield. 

“We are really excited to flight this epic commercial in cinemas. It’s a big blockbuster and deserves a big screen,” concludes Greg Banach, head of Cadbury Chocolate marketing.
