Script2Screen Africa ’17 Debuts With Film Making Reality TV Show

The Script2Screen Africa has launched its film making and acting reality TV show in Nigeria with the theme: “Film as a catalyst for revolution.”

Addressing journalists in Lagos on Wednesday, the president of High Definition Film Academy (HDFA), Bright Wonder Obasi, said the project aimed at using films in tackling social injustice in the society.

He said the project, which is in its sixth edition, will help empower people to take up film making and acting opportunities which abound in the Nollywood industry, thus becoming professionals in the field.

 According to the HDFA boss, the project involves three stages which are Training/Mentoring, Short Film competition and Awards.

The eight-week reality TV show is expected to commence in July.
