This is a FIFA Soccer World Cup South Africa 2010 promo, which was played during the FIFA Final Draw this year. It was directed by The Front Film Productions' Ian Wilson for Combined Artists, who produced the Final Draw. Ministry of Illusion did all the post-production.

Great work. This was the only thing worthwhile in a transmission that made me cringe every time I though it was being broadcast to the whole world.
Good work MOI -thumbs down to FIFA/Supersport or whomever was behind the final draw ceremony. It was embarassing.
