Bring your vision to life at Zeitz MOCAA
Since opening its doors four years ago, the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (Zeitz MOCAA) continues to contribute to the development and historicisation of the art and culture sector.
That includes being a world-class location for still and film shoots for productions from across the globe, as well as a unique space for events.
A major cultural institution by day, the museum can be transformed when closed — breathing life into your creative concepts, whether you’re selling luxury vehicles or portraying an eerie castle at night. Set within reimagined historic grain silos, one of which houses a grandiose spiral staircase, Zeitz MOCAA offers five diverse spaces that cater to a wide spectrum of events and shoot requirements.
These include the staircase, a 33-metre-high atrium with a glass ceiling, a rooftop terrace with a view through the glass and onto the atrium below, and an intricate array of tunnels situated beneath the building. The cathedral-like architecture and exceptional acoustics of the atrium are perfect for performances, providing an awe-inspiring first impression.
The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain and the Cape Town harbour, while the tunnels that run beneath the grain silo building add a touch of mystery.
